She was Vice President of Communications & Marketing at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport, the 4th largest and busiest airport in the world. Dee held leadership positions at the American Heart Association, where she was the Vice President of Health Strategies for the Southwest Region; Delta Air Lines, where she was a spokesperson during 9/11; and the Metro Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority, where she was the Communications Officer during the Anthrax attacks; and the 1996 Summer Olympic Games in Atlanta, GA.
